Holly, the representative, was friendly and helpful every step of the way. She made herself available and answered every question we had. If we did not receive a document, she quickly got in contact with corporate and we had the paperwork in minutes. She was informative, but not pushy. She shared experiences of other consumers and made the entire process and all of the factors transparent. It really could not have gone any smoother.

Once everything had been approved and it was time for the actual install, the install team was out here on the day scheduled. They were short handed, but got the work done nonetheless. They had some issues and had to come back out a second day. The communication with that was a little fuzzy as we were told that we did not need to be home or available, but it turns out they still needed access to the house and inside the garage for access to the electrical panels. They were also in a hurry to finish and get out and didn't do as good of a cleanup as I would have liked. They left behind a tool for gripping glass and left the attic access panel open, which was very difficult for us to be able to close. Barring those last couple of details, I would recommend Blue Raven Solar every time, but as a consumer, be sure to do your own due diligence and double check things before allowing the contractors to leave.... read more
