We, like so many other people, have wanted to take the plunge and have solar installed on our homes rooftop. Well we finally did it. We searched high and low and talked to so many different companies out there. When it came down to being satisfied with what we wanted, A1A Solar was the company that took things over and got the job done.
Our sales representative - Jim Schwend - was never pushy, he was well informed, and he had the proof on hand to back up his claims. I never felt like Jim was trying to just get another sale under his belt. He took time to talk with us, show us options, review past bills and future savings potential, and even went as far as to just be a friend. I highly recommend that Jim Schwend end up on your list of people to talk to when you find yourself interested in a solar power system for your home.
The Install crew showed up ON TIME!!! They were hard working and extremely courteous. The leader of the team introduced herself and the team members. They immediately went to work and managed to get our installation done in two days (Only delayed due to weather).
I took the time to put in efforts to help push through the permits, HOA, and Clay Electric setup. No one held us up on those ends and we were able to get everything signed off on the first visit. Within 2 hours of installation, we had our new digital meter in place and watched the negative numbers begin.
The company as a whole is above and beyond what you would expect. There is no political abnormalities about them, they do not push you to make a decision that you would later regret, and they do a fantastic job.
