My experience with Solaroo was outstanding from start to finish.
We looked into 3 separate solar companies before deciding on Solaroo.
It began with Andrew (sales rep) who was the most friendly, patience and caring sales person I have dealt with in many years. He spent hours with us going over all the pros and cons of the decisions we needed to make along the way with zero pressure to decided before WE were ready to do so.
Once we decided to move forward Sebastian was the installer managing our install. Sebastian was "The Man". The day of our installation we had some concerns with the initial panel placement. When we expressed our concerns Sebastian said: "I am putting a big investment on your biggest investment, this must be perfect for you". Who cares that much about customers anymore? The installation was perfect and people don't even notice our panels! I hope Sebastian and the team enjoyed the cookies my wife brought out, they were well deserved!
We also took advantage of having a Nest thermostat installed (love it). The gentleman who installed it (Justin) did a perfect job installing the Nest and answered all of our questions. Upon completion he gave me his card and explained that he lived close by and added: "please call me anytime with any questions about your system, I am here for you".
When the power company showed up on a Saturday to change out my meter I was so excited to have Justin come back to switch on our solar I gave him a call on his cell phone assuming that he would not answer and I would leave a message. To my surprise Justin answered his cell phone, shared in my excitement and walked my through activating my system. This was on his day off....Justin is amazing!
I give solaroo my highest recommendation!
I could not have imagined a better experience with any other Solar company...simply the best!
