We had our system installed by Cosmic Solar in the very beginning of December 2016. The overall experience from research to negotiation to installation has been very pleasant. Our consultant Ken was very knowledgable, patient, and not pushy at all. He came up with multiple designs based on our requests, and provided excellent guidance throughout. When it came to installation, Pey and his install team were two weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our family circumstances, and they delivered as promised!
We are very happy with the system and the service we got before and after install. Pey made numerous trips to make sure we understand how everything works. Their work ethic was impeccable and so is craftsmanship of electrical work. Ken, Pey, Mary, and the rest of office staff are highly professional, always available to answer questions, and genuinely nice to deal with! And best of all, we are now in the negative balance with SDGE!... read more
