I had Illum install panels back in January and everything was working great until one day in early july something pop'd a fuse. I didn't have much to go on other than "my solar panels aren't working and flipping the breaker off/on didn't reset it" at the time .
Within 72 hours of initially tagging them an electrician came out, found the problem and fixed it. I can't recommend Illum enough!... read more

I got in contact with illum through a third party bid aggregator and am very happy with the result. From start to "panel's on roof" was less than 3 weeks! I spent more time waiting for inspections and the NEM agreement than for illum. Throughout they always responded to my questions/concerns within a few hours and had someone come out to troubleshoot monitoring issues multiple times until they got it up.... read more
