Can I give them a zero rating instead? Moved into my new home on 6 Jan. My inverter broke 7 days later. It's been over a month and still no replacement. After a complaint on their Facebook page, I got my appointment moved up a whole week. When I received my first bill, they charged me for making 250 kWh for January when my Powerguide says I only made 66.3 over the 7 days I actually used the system. Not only that, the rate per kWh is more expensive than what NV Energy charges. Even with the "kickback" for extra solar, how do you save money when solar costs more anyway?
