I had my system installed the week before Christmas, and was given PTO, (permission to operate) on 12/21/16. Since that day my system has produced electricity for two days. Now granted there have been some less than ideal weather days within this time period for solar systems. I've had a Solar City technician at my home to diagnose the problem and he was excellent. He was able to isolate the faulty inverter in no time. That is when my real problem began, it seams the manufacturer of the inverter is blaming Solar City for a bad installation and is not standing behind their product.
