From the first visit by sales rep Kevin to the completed project and support from the office Jessica, our experience was great and we are very pleased. Kevin was very knowledgeable ,professional and helpful . The process was exactly as he had explained and the install was flawless and on time. Jessica has been a great help in walking me thru understanding the monitoring and read outs on the inverter. Thanks for all your patience with us as we learned. The finance was simple and CIR would walk you thru each step. We did some price shopping with two other solar companies and they could not come close to the prices and quoted us a lesser grade of equipment.
