We used Exact Solar 1 year ago to install about 38 panels on my home. Prior to signing with them, I researched this project for about 3 years and almost pulled the trigger twice with a larger company. The big companies really did not want to deal with me since I was not leasing the units (I bought the system outright to max out the savings). Exact Solar did not waste my time with sales pitches..they knew I was an educated consumer and were very easy to deal with.
My experience overall was excellent. They actually worked out to be the most cost effective (although most quotes I received were within +/- $1000). The communication was great...I never waited more than a few hours to get an e-mail or phone call back. We must have gone through at least 10 different proposals and quotes until we found the perfect system for me.
The owners here took care of EVERYTHING! The technical lingo involved is very complicated. All I did was sign a few papers and they do the rest...literally. They know this industry inside and out.
If you are looking for Solar, give these guys a chance for your business. I challenge you to call the big guys (solar city ect..) and here their pitch. Its a joke. They want about 25% more money for the same exact system.... read more
