I was referred to Bison Roofing and Solar by a friend that had also had solar installed. The rep that came to my house was named Andy. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us, despite my husband and I asking the same questions over send over again. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable at his job. This made us not only feel comfortable, but also made us excited for the future. We signed a contract right there. The entire process was explained to us. We have sincreased had a site survey, and had a new hot water heater installed by Scott. We are already seeing a savings on our bill. Every question that we have is answered, and our phone calls are always returned the same day. The owner of the company has called twice as well.
