Ben is very knowledgeable and straightforward. No hidden surprises and he ensured I really knew how the competitive bids stacked up against IWS products and installation. The installers were so professional and were on site when they said they would be there. They used my third car garage for staging equipment and when everything was complete they actually cleaned my garage better than when they had first occupied it.
