Swimming in Florida should be a year round experience and although pool enclosures help deal with pesky bugs, they can drastically reduce the temperature of your pool thereby limiting the swimming season. After getting a glowing recommendation for Universal Solar from our pool service company, we gave them call. Sam immediately reached out to us and came by for a visit. He was knowledgable and easy to talk to. We instantly felt comfortable with him and new Universal Solar would be a good fit for us. We were on a deadline and wanted the job done before our sons' first birthday which was just a short time away and Sam went above and beyond to make sure that happened! We were swimming in a warm pool in April! The installation crew was no less impressive. Chase was my contact on the job and he was professional and polite, as was the entire crew he was with. The only glitch came after installation when our HOA requested a camouflage of some of the piping (which was really not an issue for us at all.) Richard and Sam went to work making sure the project was 100% aesthetically pleasing for our HOA and performed at 100% for us. And they accomplished both without a hitch! Thanks, Guys! We cannot recommend Universal Solar enough!
