As the owner installer of PV systems on our last two homes this latest one a 6.1 kWh system needed some help. Knowing we have squirrels on the roof and knowing they will eat / chew almost anything I was looking for a long term fix. A few internet searches brought me to Spiffy Solar and a solid solution to our squirrel concerns. The PV system is roof mounted on cement tile roof tiles. This did make trimming the Spiffy Solar screen to fit a bit of a challenge but with a simple template was no problem. The end result three years later we have had no problems with our PV System nor any nesting animals below the array.
