We got solar panels through real goods solar. They installed the solar panels, which we have not had any issues with. However, when we sold our house, we contacted real good solar to transfer the solar panels to the new owner. There should not have been any issue in transferring the solar panels since we did a PPA (prepaid purchase agreement) where we pre paid for the solar panel production. We could not reach anyone to get the panels transferred. There was nobody available to take our call; nobody that would return any emails; and nobody that would return phone calls. We called over 30 times without any response. This company will take your money but does not care bout its customers.
