We contacted Buffalo Solar Solutions after they completed an install in our neighborhood. We met with the owners - Tyler and Alicia Ubelhoer - and were immediately impressed with their genuine interest in both renewable energy, as well as the us - the customer. There was no hard sales pitch, but rather they explained all of our options, the install process, costs/benefits, government incentives, and recommendations. We did not even bother getting any other quotes, as we felt very comfortable with their proposal. They took care of all necessary filings with the town inspectors, utility companies, and kept us up to date with the scheduling process. All work was done in a timely and neat manner. Throughout the process, Tyler and Alicia were available to answer ANY and ALL questions we had. It is a personal business for them, and they clearly want to make sure the customer is well informed and happy. We met directly with the owners and were immediately impressed with their genuine interest in their products, the company, the benefits of sustainable energy - and us - the customer! There was no hard sell, and they carefully explained all of the options available, the pro's & cons, government incentives, as well as what to expect in paperwork and the install process. After the initial meeting, we did not even solicit other bids.
From the initial meeting until the job completion - Tyler and Alicia were available to answer ANY and ALL questions, and they kept us up to date on the project status, timing, and paperwork filings. The installation was completed in a professional and timely manner, and they were conscientious of cleaning up any debris each day.
