I met the folks at Lightwave while doing a solar project for our company, NovaCopy, in Memphis, TN. I was very impressed with their professionalism, industry knowledge, and knowledge of programs available in our area. At the eleventh hour Lightwave was able to get me approved under an expiring TVA program and get my system fully functional and commissioned by the deadline date. Everyone that came to my home to work was courtesy and never made us feel uncomfortable. We have pets in our backyard. The Lightwave team made friends with our dogs and always made sure gates were closed. This may not seem like a big deal but it meant a lot to us.
