I signed up to receive a radiant barrier in the attic, solar panels, 3 new doors, 1 new window, and other misc. small "energy efficient" improvements. The problems started when they installed the radiant barrier and did a horrible job, ruining the insulation I had and leaving a live wire exposed. Their repair of these items was half-assed at best. The next item was the window which they would call to schedule and appointment and never show up. After several times of this happening and not being able to get in touch with their customer service department I decided to just cancel everything. Unfortunately they had already billed my credit for the entire job up front. Now I've been calling them for months trying to get it resolved but keep getting passed around and can't get anyone to call me back - all the while my credit keeps getting hit with interest.... read more
