BEWARE of this company!!! This is NOT an ethical or legit company. My parents asked me to write this review, so others will be aware of their terrible experience. Today they contacted the Attorney General's Office to file an official complaint.
My parents went through numerous problems getting the solar installed. They had them installed a LONG time ago, and they are still not functional. I read online that many other people had the same horrible experience.
They've sent multiple technicians out to the house, but no one is capable of actually fixing the problem. They called customer service tonight and were told that they'll help them when they can, but so far, no one is available. Meanwhile, the company is trying to charge them $58 for the RENT on these solar panels that don't even work!!!
BEWARE! What a scam. It's terrible that they are preying on people like this. Shame.... read more
