Their salesperson was gung-ho through the signing of the contract. He then disappeared. The installation crew was very good, but it took an excessive amount of time to get the system running and City of San Diego Building Department approval. They failed to pay their subcontractor and my house had a mechanics lien recorded on it. They released no money to their roofing sub until they received payment in full from me. I held money pending system approval and operation. Absolutely no response from the company. Also, the safety sign for the fire department identifying the location of the equipment was incorrect.
