We had two systems installed at our farm. One to supply the house and one for the Barn. We had a lot of requirements, and the team at Cromwell walked us through it well. Their team designed a system that would put the wiring system at the farm underground, and go through the backup generator we have in case the electricity goes out. It may have been one of the most complicated systems they have ever put in, and had a lot of hoops to jump through with the county and KCPL. They took care of it all. I think that is why the scheduling was only good and not excellent. We have only had the system generating since October 2015, but the March 2016 bill found us with a negative bill on one system, and a much smaller bill on the barn. We used both the lease deal for the residential, and was able to get the depreciation benefit as well as Tax benefit on the commercial side.
