We do apologize for your frustration with our customer care team. It does show in our system that there has been an on going conversation with our customer care team over the past couple months, and I believe the customer care manager left a voicemail for you as recent as 11/10.

As you might be aware, we have to work the inverter company to take the proper steps to go about replacing any micro-inverters that are not working properly, and sometimes this can take some time. Though the response time may be a little slow at times, I can assure you that you are in good hands with our customer care team, and they will be able to replace anything that is not working to your satisfaction.

We appreciate your loyalty and patience as a customer as we work through this process with you.

It gets worse...just had my 3rd micro inverter swap and had numerous micro inverter failures. Does anyone know a good attorney who specializes in issues such as this?
