Every person we interacted with from this company has been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, and that includes the salesman, the receptionist, the system designer, the installers, the CEO (yes, the CEO personally called to confirm the appt and even showed up after the install to meet us, see how everything went, and pick up our check), the service tech, everyone.
