- They don't save you any money, I pay more! Now I'm stuck with them for 20 years.
- Their customer service is not given any power to help you, honestly their jobs are pointless.
- They didn't charge me the first month then double charged me the second month because "their departments weren't communicating."
- Didn't get Refund as promised.
- Charged me fees for not having automatic payments set up.
- They call me super early in the morning everyday because I refuse to pay these tack on fees.
