The customer service provided by PEP Solar is below par at best. After leaving 4 phone messages regarding service needed, there was no response. After successfully contacting the office we were assured that the owner would call us immediately back, we received no return phone call. We have 4 panels that are not working.
Today we called again and were promised someone would get in touch with us. No phone call has been received.
We were scheduled for a maintenance service call on January 6th. No one showed up and no one called to reschedule or to say they weren't coming.
With so many solar companies out there, the customer service provided after you purchase is the most important aspect of your solar system. Were we to purchase solar again, we would investigate the level of customer service provided. PEP Solar would not have passed our test.... read more
