Intermountain Wind and Solar

I signed the contract on Sept 14 was told it would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks, 13 1/2 weeks later we got to turn on our solar panels.
It took from Sept 14th to November 12th to get started on the installation, then from Nov 12th to Dec 17 to finish the project.
You would think with a company this large that this would be a no brainier as to how long each step takes, but it seems that the next step was not even thought of until the first step was finished.
Your communications need work, I had to send emails to find out what was going on. And the sad thing is I dont remember ever getting a response to MY email, I would get information about 4 or 5 days later.
The salesman was AWESOME he bent over backwards for us, but he is not in charge of installation.
When someone pays $20,000.00 for a product you would think they would let you know what was going on almost weekly.
We are excited to see if our investment is going to pay off as promised.
