There are a lot of great inverters out there but nothing compares to SolarEdge as far as performance and value. Not only from the installer's point of view, but the property owner's long-term value and the flexible design quality.
We've installed hundreds of optimizers, having only one unit for warranty and no trouble getting full resolution on short order. As an optimized system, there was no down-time on the system as only one module was affected temporarily. The inverters work flawlessly and are very quiet (others make high-pitch noise). Probably also the best monitoring system out there - all you have to do is plug it in an hold a button for a few seconds and you're done.
No product is perfect, and I can attest to the utter frustration with technical support and multiple warranties dealt with on another major brand (that I no longer trust to sell).
