I was hoping I can save money with them. Instead, I ended up with two bills, paying a lot more while my consumption pretty much stays the same. The system is under-performing. It only generated 1/6 what they promised me. There is a huge discrepancy between what their system and utility company recorded. When I confronted them, they said there is nothing wrong with the system, while I had to pay a huge bill to my utility company. They would only reimburse me what their system recorded which is not even half of what I paid to the utility company. Every time I called them, they sent me to a different person and promised me a call back, which they never did. They would read me the typical training manual, which is BS. They refused to correct the system and keep denying there is any problem with the system. I guess they are too cheap to replace the defective panels.... read more
