It was a long road from the thought of going solar , to today having my installation in my rear view mirror. This journey has allowed me to spend time/working with 4 different companies.
Knowledge.... Need of became crucial as I bounced from the false promises of solar install companies who filled me with unreal expectations.
Alba Energy's staff's patience and knowledge shined in comparison. It has been a fine line of cost effectiveness of making my decision to go solar a reality. The people at Alba always used the attitude of wanting the customer to be 100% satisfied ! My project manager told me that her joy was to be able to say" problem solved" , and she went extra miles to find me financing that was acceptable with excellent terms.
The equipment recomended was fist class as I learned from countless hours researching on the web.
The crew that did the install were awesome and left my home without a trace of the work they did.
I am so grateful to have made the decision to go with Alba. When going through the stress of a major investment of my biggest investment customer care - knowledge - professionalism brought the reassuring comfort to my family and I . A big thank you to Alba Energy.
