Best Decision To Buy Local
We decided to go with a local company for our solar system and contacted several local companies. Sunrise Solar was our final decision. They are a great company. Their price was one of the best and the service was excellent. We were up and running in no time at all. They keep in contact and answer any questions that we have since completing installation. We are very glad that we went with this firm. Brian is the person to contact for your initial questions and system needs. They use American made products also which is a plus!

Solar PV system installation
3.36kw PV Solar System installed by Sunrise Solar - It's simple, everything was great from beginning to end. Meeting sales professional Brian the first time and his easy going unaffected manner, to the knowledgeable co-owners doing the site assessment and their attention to detail on the day of installation. <br />I spoke to 6 different companies, 3 of which are very big and are in the top 10 of the Best Rated Solar Energy Companies in the US as rated by ConsumerAffairs. Only one of those three big companies made it to my Final 3 list. I'll admit talking with 6 companies and meeting 4 salesmen over a period of about 6 weeks may be a bit overboard. But the more you compare, the more you'll be able to make an informed decision. <br />After meeting with the 4 salesmen, I had enough knowledge to decide on what size and type of system I wanted and could then compare proposals. Three companies had proposed identical systems and of course 3 different prices. I wanted to go with a local company, because one it's good for the local economy, and two, a smaller local operation can often provide better and more personal service. That eliminated the one large company. When Steve the co-owner came by to do the site assessment and as we walked through the job, it was clear to me that Sunrise Solar was the right company. Steve was extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience. Sunrise was clearly a company of true craftsmen and would provide the personal service I mentioned. And did I mention Sunrise Solar had the best price? <br />Sales professional Brian was attentive, available and returned calls/emails promptly. I signed the contract on July 8th, plan drawings were sent to me on 7/16, I was told all the equipment had arrived on 7/24, the electrician came on July 30th for the main panel work, the system was installed on Aug. 3rd and was activated on Aug. 4th. From scheduling the site assessment, handling/submitting the City permits, scheduling the electrician, scheduling the installation, scheduling several city inspector visits, scheduling PG&E's visits, handling the paper work with PG&E, everything happened seamlessly, right in succession, on time and when Sunrise Solar said it would happen. Without exception.<br />When Sunrise Solar says they (the company owners Steve and Kevin) are the men who do the installation, they mean it. Just a great experience, I highly recommend Sunrise Solar.
