Sales and Time
Although we are happy with the system itself, I do not trust the sale man that works for this company! He told us it would take no more than 3 months and it took almost a whole year from start to finish! We later found out that he LIED to us about 2 things in particular in order for us to sign. We take responsibility for being more trusting than we should've however, it does not make it okay to LIE! Because of this, I wish I would've went with a different company. Not sure if this is a public post so that I could write details. If it's private, I'd LOVE for a manager to give me a call so that I can tell them exactly what happened.

Worst ever
Didn't even have a contract with this company but they took over the replacement of an inverter to my solar panels that has been working and maintained by my original installers for 4 years. this company is shaddy, couldn't give me ANY updates after waiting on the phone for 25 minutes and then hung up on me as I was wanting answers, constantly saying they have no way to know who is doing the work or how to get ahold of them and that another department was incharge of that... this is a TOTAL cash grab and horrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS or you'll be sorry.

Can't compare
This company picked up Pink Energys account. So far it is not accomplished much of anything. I need a internet booster and they didn't respond back on helping me with that... So right now nothing has been done period.

i need more power in my home
i am not getting enough power and dont know one want to come out and check my problem i dont lights in my living room or front porch and cant connect my stove to the plug have plug it in a power surge

No hassle
My solar system is still new, so time will provide an accurate assessment of Sunnova's service and reliability. However, so far, I have has no problems. Friendly customer service, and no procedural bumps in the road have occurred.

Production reporting issue
The app shows my system is getting cut off so in reporting production by flat lining the top of the production scale. It reads anywhere from 1.2 to 2.2 during the day. I contacted Sunnova about this over a year ago and still working it. All I ever get is reply emails saying “we are looking at the issue and will get back to you”. Meanwhile, I am not getting full credit for my system production.
