Oh my God worse experience ever been installing since August still not finish worse customer service management never answer phone then they installed panel and the not paid for the other company is putting a line on my home because sunergy didn't pay and they still want answer phone help please

WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS EVER
HAD THEM INSTALL SOLAR IN 2019. HAD A FEW ISSUES THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF. THEN MY ROOF NEED TO BE REPLACED. NOT THEIR FAULT. GAF HAD BAD ROOFING. ANY WAY WANTED TO GET QUOTE FOR A REROOF. TALKED TO THEM AND THEY WERE TO GIVE ME A PRICE. NEVER HAPPENED. I EVEN TALKED TO THE CEO DUNBAR WHO SAID HE WOULD MAKE SURE THEY CONTACTED ME. NEVER DID. NOW HAVING A ISSUE WITH ONE OF THE PANELS. CALLED 2 TIMES. LEFT MESSAGES AND NO RESPONCE. WAS TOLD WHEN I TALKED TO THEM IF THEY DID NOT DO THE TAKE OFF AND REINSTALL THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SYSTEM. HAD THE ROOF DONE BY A ROOFER/SOLAR CONTRACTOR WHO DI D A GOOD JOB.

Solar panel installation nightmare
We had solar panels installed by sunergy last year. Sunergy was hired by a 3rd party broker. The damage done to our house by the installers both outside and inside was extensive. The repairs were slow to be made. We still have damage that has not been repaired from the installation.

Won't return calls
They were around, doing door to door sales. They did a horrible job on the installation and won't contact me now that I have an intermittent issue.

Avoid at all costs
Sunergy is incompetent. It took 7 site visits before things were completed. I made 7 trips to my roof in order to inspect because they could not be trusted to do the job correctly. They installed the panels so that they block my brand new skylight. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
