Excellent and Professional Service
It was a pleasure working with Solar Rising. Their staff is knowledgeable,professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions promptly and fully. Once we agreed to have them do the installation ( solar panels and house battery) they worked with the electric company to get all the paperwork in place for the installation to begin. Their installation crew was great. They worked very cleanly and had the solar array wired and up in just a few days. They walked us through getting the battery up and running in person and answered all of our follow up questions. Lastly, they made sure we has everything we needed for the tax incentives etc. A top notch operation from start to finish. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking to have solar work done on their home

The installation and administrative staff staff were very responsive to questions and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Great experience
We used Solar Rising to install solar panels on our new barn and install and electric vehicle charging station as well. They were incredibly easy to work with, managed every step of the way in the state process and did their work efficiently and on schedule. Their relationship with Eversource really helped as well. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and trustworthy
Solar Rising came not only recommended to us by neighbors but were also very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process. We felt comfortable with the whole team - they walked us through the process, did a great job with the installation (panels and battery) and they also took care of the paperwork all along the way. Everything was done by the book and without hiccups. We would totally recommend them as installers of Solar - we are so glad we've made the decision to save trees! I really enjoyed the professionalism and knowledge of everyone I spoke to or met at this company. They answered all questions quickly and the installation process was very smooth. All the field staff work for the company...they do not sub out any work to other electricians, or installers. This way they show up and get the job done when they say they will and at the contracted price.

Don't look any further
I was extremely pleased with the entire process! Solar Rising was a pleasure to work with. From my initial contact, the sales process, contract, installation, and go-live, everything was handled with professionalism. The office staff was responsive and friendly, and the installation crew was fantastic! Everything was done exactly as promised. I got several other estimates and the difference between Solar Rising and their competitors was incredible. If there were more than five stars in the rating system, I would give them to Solar Rising.
