DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!
First off they were a month late on install. While they were here installing the electric lines, they hit hit our water lines. Us the home owners had to find someone to come fix it, and they couldn't come till next morning. We went all night with no water, the next morning I had to help the plumber fix the line while the solar installers worked on the solar. Then we the home owners, had to pay the bill they wouldn't. We were told they would reimburse us. We have yet to see any reimbursement. The system was finished up 10/29/22. Second off, we were told that solar sam would make our payments till we were up and running and producing electric, that was a lie. We have made Nov and Dec payments and have not seen reimbursement of them either. Every time I call, I either have to leave voicemail or if I do get to talk to a person , that person ALWAYS says the person I need to talk to is out of the office and will have them call me back. Ive called dozen times and only received one call back. I had to finally call our electric company on 12/22/22, to see if they knew anything about the hold up. They told me they didn't know anything about it being ready for inspecting until they got email from solar sam on 12/22/22. So here it is 1/19/22 I called them again yesterday and got the same old run around. Our solar is up and running but we have not received the app to see what the system is doing. Nor have we received any money for what THEIR installers tore up or our payments we have made. If we had it to do over again we would NOT do solar sam.

We went and meet with several solar companies before we decided to go with solar sam, because they offered us a green package that consisted of 1000 dollar at installation, insulation in our home up to R50 and 800 dollars at completion. Well the panels are up and running and we received the R50 but they have yet to full fill there full contract with us and its been months. They also told us that if a monthly payment came out they would reimburse that until that panels were up and running. Well that was not true either. I would not recommend them at all.
