The sales and installation process has been incredibly easy and efficient. There are consitent updates on each step of the process and I never feel out of the loop. All of the interactions with ion employees, whether in person or over the phone or email, have been courteous and professional. The installing of the solar panels was quick and the installers were careful not to distrub any bushes or landscaping.

Solar Installation Experience
We have used ION SOLAR for the past 3 years. Once for our initial installation and again recently when deciding to install additional panels. On each occasion ION has communicated and walked us through each step professionally and efficiently. Our sales representative Kerry has been a pleasure to work with and exhibits a level of customer service that is hard to find in these times. The entire company is TOP NOTCH. I don't usually write reviews because customer service has gone by the wayside but with ION I didn't hesitate.

Professional business model
I spent 1 1/2 years researching solar and how it may benefit me. I spoke to several companies who all provided me with their sales pitch. It wasn’t until I spoke with Ben Looney at Ion, did I feel knowledgeable enough to make the purchase. I changed my Solar plan twice, but that didn’t affect the level of service I received from Ben and the Ion team. I highly recommend using Ion for your solar needs.

Wonderful & So Easy
Very Easy to understand and to follow the process because they give you a tracker to inform the customer every step of the way. I’m a busy mom and professional so it’s difficult to want to take on another house project. This was very easy and installed in just a few hours! Do it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent Service
It’s been a great experience, Ion has been on top of all tasks and we have utility approval and installation done well ahead of schedule. The install team was fast and professional and left the house clean, which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Very Professional and Communicative
Its definitely a tedious process but ION reps made sure I am in loop for everything and the communication was very helpful to understand what happens next and what is being done. I would definitely recommend ION to my friends and family as well.

Great to be on Solar but I would advise new customers to wait wait a few months if you're in a new house to see what your current light bill will be. I used my previous address light payments but should've waited before deciding to go solar.
