Bob and Chris installed the system on time, on budget, and they cleaned up while the project was ongoing. My system output has been better then the CEC estimate.
The California Energy Commission had a great web-site.

Bob, at Green Dragon Solar, professionally cleans the panels twice a year. We are on PG&E E7 Time-of-Use meter, and have saved an indicated 30,000 lb of greenhouse gases, ~15,000 kWh. We hav two PV-powered 2800 XV inverteters with two strings of 10 panels each per inverter. In the process of installing, the workers found two potential electrical hazards and fixed each at no additional cost except for parts.
Given that they don`t buy back the excess power generated, I gather that my power utility, PG&E, is anti-solar. They certainly do/did little to encourage its installation at my home.
