Worst ever in all aspects.

I, as many of you have noted, was guaranteed the 40% savings with the installation of a radiant barrier and 12 solar panels optimized in position for the most production. Early on the savings weren't seen and the customer service reps as well as Worth himself talk to you with awful regard. I went to the BBB who did nothing with this business and although it is closed down now for being so terrible and ripping people off, the owner simply renamed the company a few different names to escape the money owed. I have calculated a meager 23% savings and can't even monitor what the production is. Do your research and make sure your friends and family aren't doing business with anyone associated with this business under any name.

STOP! DO NOT USE GLOBAL EFFICIENT ENERGY

STOP!!!! DON'T USE GLOBAL EFFICIENT ENERGY OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER COMPANIES!
In or about October 2014 I received a phone call about installing Solar panels and saving a lot of energy. It sounded good so I agreed to have a salesman come to my door and give me the information.
The salesman named Mike came to my home and gave me the information concerning Solar panels and how much they would save me on my energy bill every month. Mike also said he would have Radiant Barrier installed in my attic and wrap my hot water heater. Mike went on to explain that the electric energy coast would be rising and I should act now. I was told by Mike and Global Efficient Energy Webb site that we even get solar energy at night, just not as much.
I had my solar panels installed 1/21/15 by Global Efficient Energy to install 8 solar panels, install radiant barrier in my attic and wrap my hot water heater. I was guarantee 40% savings and that has not happened. I was told by the salesperson Mike and also on their Global Efficient Energy web site that I would get solar energy 24 hours per day that has not happened. Lies! Lies! And more Lies. I contacted the customer service and was only told I had to wait the full year. I called and asked to speak to the salesman Mike and was told he no longer worker there
I also contacted Aqua Finance to get a refund and was also told by them I could not do anything until a full year.
Customer service at Global was very rude. I sent numerous e-mails to them. Whenever I called to speak to a certain person that I was working with, I was told they don't work there anymore. I could never get a straight answer. At the end of my year, I saved about 20% for the whole year.
I keep asking for the Owner Abe Isa phone number or e-mail I was told they could not and would not give it to me. I finally found Abe Isa email address on LinkedIn and sent him an e-mail on February 21, 2016 and as of to date I have not heard a word from him.
When I called back and told them I wanted all my money back because I had not gotten my guarantee savings every month as per my contract, I was sent to yet another person. After several people later they finally sent out an installer who installed an additional 4 solar panels which were different from the ones I had originally installed. After the first full month of now having an additional 4 solar panels which equals now 12 solar panels, I saved about 2% that month. Once again this is ridiculous, so I sent yet another e-mail, and as always given the run around. I finally asked them to install the envoy communication (which I found out should have been installed from the start, but was not) so I can see if the solar panels are working or not. The person at customer service asked me if they were on my contract and I needed to go read it. I reply back that this should have been part of the solar panels, because if you do not have this you have no way of knowing if the panels are working or not. She told me I had to wait because she was too busy because she had 600 other people to deal with ahead of me. I sent her back an e-mail and told her if she would just mail it to me I would have someone else install it so my panels could be read. I have NOT heard back from anyone.
I finally hired a different solar company to furnish and install the Envoy communication system. What they found was that the additional 4 solar panels were NOT installed properly to the original 8 panels. I had to hire an electrician to correct their mess.
A month later I e-mailed Margaret and Customer Service again and asked them to please reply back to my e-mails. And guess what? Now they have me blocked from all their e-mails.
Then I sent a certified letter to Global and gave them an additional 25 days to respond, and guess what? It has now been over 30 days and they have ignored my letter.
I thought I should sue them, but wait; now the company Global Efficient Energy is CLOSED
DON'T USE GLOBAL, OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER COMPANIES

GEE didn’t deliver my 60% electric saving!!!

Why are people giving GEE 1 Star? They advertise in my house as 50% saving on my electric bill with 16 solar panels. So I had them installed 20 panels for more saving. It's been over two years and I still don't see my electric bill cut in more then HALF. Shouldn't I save more with 20 panels? Where is the justice for this kind of company? I initially file complaint with BBB back in Aug 2015. If you want to get rip off by GEE, and feel anguish like me then go head.

Do NOT USE Global Energy!

I have been dealing with this since 2014! I strongly believe Global Efficient Energy is targeting the elderly. I am stuck in a loan because I do not want to hurt my credit. The attic fan/solar panels no longer work and the silver insulation is falling down in the attic. I have reached out to this company with no reply many times.. In 2014 I requested an itemized list of the work done, but was told the salesman was not longer there is why I didn't receive it. I have not receive what I am paying monthly for and with very little decrease on my electric bill. I was promised a lower bill, but again have not gotten an email response or by mail and it's now 2017!
I have written letters to my congressman about this issue; This company is fraud.

Don't Do It!! Cheaters, Liars, and Downright Unethical

They are thieves working with GreenSky. They signed me up for a loan I did not agree to. I was told it would be no interest for a year, recorded it and everything. They signed me up for an interest accruing loan and charged 8250 on it. They refused to give me my contract and 11 months later sent a computer print out with different information on it (like they said it was going to be 30% when it was on tape as 40%) They rewrote the contract. Since they refused to give me a copy, they feel they have the upper hand and can continue to cheat me.

They also keep saying I owe them money, even though they have stolen $8250 via GreenSky,

Global is a scam. Run away fast

We purchased solar panels in 2015 and were guaranteed 40 percent saving. The most that we have is 20 percent savings. When you contact this poor company number 1 they won't return your call or email, and if you are fortunate to get ahold of someone they have no clue as to what is going on. Is company is really the blind leading the blind. What should happen is that this company managers, all of the chiefs (CEO,COO, CFO) should be thrown in jail for stealing all of the people's money that year have promised in guarantees.

I have had nothing but problems!

This all started in early 2015 when the sales rep came to my house in Austin with the free energy audit I won at a home show which I found out later was a scam by itself. The audit is ALWAYS free, so I truly didnt win anything but a free chance to listen to a sales rep in my home making promises that I will never see. I truly should have done more research on the company while he was there before signing anything, however I didnt and now Im paying the price. Long story short I trusted in his promises and signed all the papers. 3 MONTHS!!!! after signing the solar panels were installed. I didnt have a HOA and was told at the time they would be up in about a week from signing. That probably should have been my first sign. During the installation process one of the workers broke a vent pipe on my roof. I understand accidents happen and he even owned up to it, however I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake I didnt make. I called a contractor and had the pipe fixed and then contacted GEE office who told me they have no record of the damage and would not pay the repair bill. That didnt settle with me so after many phone calls with their so called "customer service" department I was able to.......get nothing accomplished. The same answers were given that they have no record of that and could not help me. Ok, moving on to the panels that have been installed on my house causing roof damage and leaks in the area of brackets. I went ahead and fixed that myself. Lets cut to the cost savings.....ZERO. No cost savings! I have done my part to turn in my bills on time and my response has been nothing but "you must be doing something different in your home". Not the case... and in fact sense the panels were installed my daughter went off to college which would make me think the price would go down. Lots of phone calls, Lots of getting no where, Lots of promises, and Lots of money down the drain. I would say the only positive thing that came out of this is when the sales rep that came into my home and promises called me to apologize for his actions. He said that he no longer works for the company based on their poor values, the way he was treated, and the fact he was not paid for his work. He went on to tell me that the company has been wrapped up in multiple legal issues with not only cases of what I was wrapped up in but also the fact they were buying "do not call list" from other companies so their call center (which operated under a business name and is owned by someone who doesnt even work there any longer) could call and set up these FREE energy audits. I had my attorney check into a few things and in fact they are in lots of legal battles at the moment. They are now to the point of changing there name to Envismart and trying to move the same scam. The "executive team" on the GEE site is not working because the CEO Abe Issa is probably not wanting to show face. I dont blame him one bit based on the history I discovered through my legal advisor.

Rebate Problems

The system works great but it's expensive! They sell it to you by promising rebates! $5000.00 from your local city and $2000.00 from the Federal Government. Also a $12000.00 tax credit on next years taxes (we will see). They promised me my checks by August 2016. I finally got the $5000.00 (received it late September) check after I hounded them on the phone for weeks. I still have not seen the $2000.00 check. They were supposed to take care of the paperwork etc. I called them and the person I talked to told me they would mail me a check on October 21st. Well......still no check. Since then I have called and the person I talked to left and someone new who will not answer my calls is in charge. Also the original sales guy, Dan tried to tell me that the $2000.00 was tied to me giving 5 referrals. That was not what he told me originally. He told me I could make $250.00 per referral. That was supposed to be in addition to the rebates. I told him that was a lie and have it all in his original handwriting. He won't return my calls either. In other words I get the feeling they are either liars committing fraud or really unorganized and incompetent on the business side. Maybe both? On the plus side the system works great, but it's not cheap! :-(

Extremely dissatisfied customer

Working with Global Efficient Energy has been one of the most frustrating processes of my life! They do not do what they say and it's like pulling teeth to get any type of help from them once the install is done. We had been shopping around with different companies and it seemed like this was the best company we had met with so we decided to go with them. When the salesmen came to our house in February we decided to finance this $40k project with one of their lenders and it was "supposed" to be 1 year no payments, no interest, which was wonderful because all the payments we would make would go directly to principal. A few weeks after the install was complete (in May) we received a statement from the lender for over $600 for interest with a notice stating if we paid the full $40k w/in 12 months the interest would be waived. This was not in our agreement when we signed.

The salesmen also advised that the electric company would give us a rebate for doing the solar panels and on the day the install was complete someone from the electric company would be here at our house to write us a check for the rebate. Again, this was WRONG. Turns out we had to wait over 3 months to get our rebate. This would not have been a big deal if we were not lied to and just informed of the process correctly.

We were also advised that all expenses involved were included in the $40k but the electric bill I received in May had charges from the electric company for coming out and turning off and turning back on our electricity on the last day of install. I emailed our project manager at Global Efficient Energy the same day, emailed him a copy of our bill and was told that we would get a check in the mail in about 4-6 weeks to reimburse us for the electric companies charge.. Fine, it is now over 3 months later and I am still hounding them for my refund and they are still waiting on their accounting department.

This company is a complete joke and I would not recommend then to anyone, EVER!!! Stay away from this company and their lies

BEAUTIFUL INSTALL

These guys did a fantastic job of installing my system. It was very sleek looking and nice. I purchased a good size solar system (7 kw) and it look every sleek on my roof. Hopefully, it serves as a heat barrier also.
