Their sales rep provided the very detailed contract I requested, specifying the quantities and models of panels, optimizers, inverter, mounting rails, etc., as well as dates for the work to begin and end, with the payments due at each stage. <br /><br />The inside engineer was also very helpful, researching and discussing the benefits and tradeoffs of several different solar equipment manufacturers, as well as analyzing the performance I could expect from the system during different times of the year due to my specific roof layout/orientation. <br /><br />Despite some very bad weather, the job was completed (between snow storms) as promised in late Dec 2014. The crew assigned seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the various parts and components, very organized and efficient while working in some very cold and windy conditions.<br /><br />A few months after install, an optimizer failed, but one phone call to Keller and it was quickly replaced at no cost. <br /><br />I had previously used Keller for porch repairs and roof shingling. They were not always the lowest quote I received, but they were close enough and so professional that I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends, family and neighbors looking for reliable, quality work.

JP Keller did a great job fer us on Installing our solar system. Local, State and JCPL, design and approval of system was efficient and error free. We hardly knew it was underway. <br /><br />System was installed on time. The system has been up for two months and it is producing electricity as per the spec.<br /><br />We are very happy with the process. Installation was fast . Had both sides of roof done. Workers knew what they were doing didn't think it would be done so fast. Solar works great. Don't know why we waited so long to do this. Excellent service. even, by the manager Matt Cavanagh. Five Stars for Geo J, Keller & Sons.

Fantastic Service & Quality Work
I had a home solar installation performed by George J. Keller & Sons in September 2014. The service was excellent, and the quality of the work performed was superior. They inspected and made sure the roof was in good condition before starting, and followed through with all of the work & service needed. They were professional, courteous, meticulous, and the system is performing as promised. <br />Great company.

Solar installation
George J. Keller & Sons replaced our roof after the damage caused by Sandy. We were extremely happy with the high level of workmanship, customer service and price.<br />With this in mind and having researched several other overpriced companies, we decided to use George J. Keller & Sons for our solar installation.<br />Their team is very helpful, their prices and figures are easy to read and explained. There is no pressure to do what they want as they want to do what you want to do. Every step is easy to follow and the whole process is open to view.<br />My friends have solar with other companies and the process they went through was difficult and expensive.<br />There is no other company that I would recommend to install solar than George J. Keller & Sons.

When Dan from Keller gave us the initial presentation, he explained everything very well. When Matt took over he was very responsive. This was the best way for us to be able to afford solar. The Keller team took care of all the paper work and coordinating the installation. Now that winter is over we look forward to generating lots of power.<br />I would highly recommend GJKeller for solar installation.

Solar Universe Installation
Its now been about a month since our solar panels were turned on. The team at George Keller/Solar Universe provided tremendous support from the day we considered the decision thru to the on-going support we've continue to get after the install. Brendan explained everything in detail prior to our signing up but also kept in touch during the permit and installation process. Matt continues to help guide us thru the process, is very responsive and continues to treat every inquiry as a priority. The whole team has been great! Let the sun shine and the utility bills drop! Our roof was 20 years old and was not leaking, however we were planning on having solar installed and wanted to have a new roof under the panels. We talked to five companies about re-roofing (second layer) and solar leasing. Dan was our salesman from Keller and was fantastic. He was the only person we spoke to who knew we could not install solar panels over a second layer (due to local building codes). The price he quoted for both solar and the roof were lower than anyone else for a better product and a complete tear-off. The work was completed in one day and if you didn't look at the new roof, you would never know they were here. Clean-up was impeccable. <br /><br />Our solar went online in February and the install was almost as painless as the roof. Keller's price per KW for solar beat everyone else's. Once installed, we worked with Matt to get the service up and running with the power utility. After it was activated we had 5 bad inverters which Keller quickly replaced. They were very responsive when the problem arose and Matt communicated with us throughout the process. He spent time explaining the web-based monitoring system and answering my questions. Now we just need some sun.

Good Company for Solar Installation and Followup
George J. Keller did a great job of Installing the system, Overseeing the project, adjusting the placement of the panels where needed, monitoring the inspections and timely adjustments after inspections. They followed up all my questions in writing or by phone within 2 days of every inquiry.<br />I was very pleased with the outcome and now I am making electric on a 1 degree day.
