Overall, we are very happy with our solar heat for the pool and for the indoor hot water. There have been minor adjustments needed, but the contractor has always come out in a timely manner and taken care of the problems. As for the questions about building permits, I am unsure if one was needed for our project. I do not recall seeing one posted while the work was being done. Thank you.
