Unprofessional not Truthful!
Pannels have been up since feb,2021 sigh up sep,2020 was aware of long process but was to be installed by Dec2020 Dint happen i have talk to several people ..Pannels installed feb21 2021.. i was told company had called set up inspection from county in my area for inspection in Feb April I call county iam told no one has call to set up an appointment..i set it up someone came out next. Day We are very frustrated ! From saleman til now. We been lied to over and over firt payment due soon still paying power company This is not Right. These Pannels Are Not Cheap

persistent and caring about doing a good job for their clients.
My installation should have been straight-forward, but, as with some aspects of life.... wasn't... and some of the installed equipment proved to have parts that needed replacing... but, they did that. It was a new set that they had never used before... and as it turned out its set-up needed a slightly different wiring than was done originally... Long story short... they needed to come back again and again (which they DID) in order to get it to work correctly... But, though this was costly to them, and wasn't the way we all thought it would happen, they persisted, and they did a GOOD JOB, as we all wanted.

A really great experience!!
The team at Bella did a fantastic job organizing, facilitating and supporting job from beginning to end. Even after the installation was completed, they followed up to make sure I knew how to use my monitoring. Their customer service is excellent. My bill went from $200 dollars a month to just $18. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Good Local Solar Company
After comparing with 7 other solar companies, I chose Bella Solar. Very good equipment, great pricing, very good customer service. After a year, they came through, no true-up bill, the system performed as promised.

A nightmare experience
Where to begin. If I could give them negative stars I would. Everything you need to know about the ethics and honesty this company can be seen by the fact that the owner Kevin has logged onto various sites, and gaven himself 5 start ratings!! If you hire this company to install a solar system, YOU WILL BE SORRY, AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. We hired them to install a $67 K system. Very sloppy workmanship. Very unprofessional attitude. Six months into project, STILL not finished. I am having to file regulatory, and legal complaints to get them to make good on damages. Components of the system installed incorrectly, & 10 of the panels don’t work at all due to improper wiring. Operating agreement with PG&E not completed, SO WE DON’T GET CREDIT FOR THE POWER the system does produce. We have paid over $60k on the system, and they refuse to finish unless we make the final payment, ON A SYSTEM THAT IS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, AND NON FUNCTIONAL. Also take note. The Contractors License board only knows this company as BCI Group, or Bella construction. No listing as Bella Solar.
