Best Savings and Service
Samuel and his team at Alternatex installed all 15 of our solar panels two years ago. We have saved over $200 a month since then. Very customer-oriented company, great product
Sam (the owner of Alternatex) sold us a 3740 W system, as well as a radiant barrier and new low-e windows. At the time, all the installations were outsourced to other companies as his business was still quite young, I believe he now has his own installers. He helped us navigate the red tape dealing with the City of Denton, and even threw in a bonus window in our garage. The solar system has been working great for over two years now, though it doesn't seem to be saving us quite as much on our electric bill as Sam had projected. Also, the 5% projected annual increase in electric rates (apparently an industry standard) is not realistic where we live. So our system will take longer to pay back for itself than we originally expected.

Solar Panel Installation - Alternatex
We are very happy with the solar panels we have from Alternatex and greatly appreciate the efforts Samuel Florence and his team made to secure the City of Denton rebate. Ours is a ground installation because our roof design is not ideal for panels, we have sufficient land, and we were hesitant to drastically change the design of our highly unique house.

Very Helpful in understanding options
Customer service seems to be a big priority. Truly wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. We had some programming issues at first. They went above and beyond very quickly to resolve the issues. I think long term thinking is a big part of their business plan.

Professional from start to finish!
Sam and his crew at Alternatex are the real deal. Great customer service from the owner down to the installers. He has put a great group together and are all very professional. Sam showed us a plan then executed the plan. It was that simple. He was clear on the target goal we were trying to achieve for power generated and we got there within our budget. We dropped our Electric bill dramatically, now under $200 a month for our retail Ace Hardware store. Thanks to Sam and the team at Alternatex for providing solar to our building! Great job!

Excellent installation
Extremely professional installers. Arrived when they said they would. installed all equipment very professionally. Took there time to get it wright did not rush the job. Can't say enough about these guys. Unfortunately I am already moving but these guys will definitely be coming back to put solar panels on my new house. This company did not sell me the panels only installed them. So my rating for the price does not reflect on Alternatex Energy Solutions. the company that sold me these panels completely screwed me. If I only knew these guys sold panels before I bought these I would have saved over $10,000 live and learn.
