Robert the part owner patiently walked through the numerous roadblocks that my electric servicer (PECO) put up. We finally decided on net zero which uses solar panels and a battery system. The installation went quickly but, due to some software updates it took a while longer. I would truly recommend Alien Fuel Inc. to be your Solar System Installer.

Robert and Ed know their stuff inside and out! By stuff I mean every little detail, they take care of it all! PECO made it challenging, at least in my case. Alien, explained all my options, answered every question and provided literature to backup their recommendations. I choose a path and they made it happen in the most economical and effective way. I couldn't be more thrilled! They took care over everything, no sales hype, just straight talk person to person, focused on what worked for me, stuck by and pushed PECO to keep moving, and got it done. If you are looking, be sure you consider Alien Fuel before you sign a contract.

Robert and Ed were amazing from our first meeting till the end. They answered all our questions, walked us through every section of the process and were always available. They never tried to over sell us - as a matter of fact they recommended less because of the way our house is positioned. We are extremely happy and have already recommended them to several people.

Robert was fantastic from sales through installation. He came to the house to explain the process and made sure all of our questions were answered. He installed a ground mounted system for us and caused no disruption to the yard or area. He kept us well informed of progress and delays (due the electric company, not due to his planning) I would highly recommend Alien Fuel to anyone considering adding solar to their home.

I had a 11.7kw installation in NJ. These guys far exceeded my expectation. The entire project went smoothly from design, permits (state, city, utility) to installation. They even set up the account with GATS, On top of that the prices were great. These were the only installers who visited the property prior to giving the quote, all others based their quote based on satellite imagery. Now what distinguishes great contractors from good contractors is how they handle unexpected issues. The power port on SolarEdge's Gateway broke and had to be replaced under warranty. All I had to do was call Robert and he handled the issue from ordering the broken part to installation. All around positive experience.

Robert was great to work with. Right from giving a quotation to doing the installation and handling all the paperwork. I contacted several installers in the NJ/PA area and his quotation and level of service from the begining were great!! He and his team did a neat job with the installation and left the property clean after the work was done each day.

Robert and the guys were very good at their job. Their work was excellent and they were very professional and technically proficient. And just as import as doing good work, they were all very friendly, courteous and easy to talk with.

Alien Fuel installed a PV system with 280w panels. Their services are extremely professional, they’re efficient in the installation process; their work is meticulous and the support and communication is terrific. We had an issue with the township where they were overcharging permits claiming they needed to do an engineering traffic survey at my cost (2700). Alien fuel fought this, had the ordinance changed in the township and saved me about 2300 dollars. These folks are the real deal and care very deeply about their clients well after the transaction. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased by all the services that I received from all of the members of the Alien Fuel team. Their professionalism and punctuality surpassed my expectations. They were very respectful of my property and always left the job sight organized and clean. They were ahead of schedule in the completion of the project. Following the installation the associates explained all aspects of the system to the fullest degree, and even so much as stopped by a few weeks later to insure that the system was running to its full potential. The sales team was receptive and stayed true to their budget and proposals. The system I am currently running on is outperforming the original rating. Every aspect of Alien Fuels service was professional and top notch. They installed exactly as scheduled at the exact price that I was quoted 6 months prior. Ed And Bobby ran a clean tight ship with their crew. They left every day without any evidence that they were there. The final product was beautiful and exact. After the install, Bobby returned on the scheduled times to do follow-ups and to educate me on our solar. I highly recommend Alien Fuel to anyone looking for alternative energy.

Alien Fuel provided exceptional services from respecting my home during installation to offering suggestions that improved the performance of my new hot water system. In addition, these contractors made excellent suggestions for future solar PV systems that could be integrated with the existing hot water system and further reduce my annual energy expenses in a environmentally friendly way.

Started with GroSolar which was bought out mid-process by Solar City. Very impressed with folks in both organizations. Salwes force very porfessinal. Robert Petrosky and his partners at Alien fuel were a true delight to work with. We had had a storm just before the installation began that blew some roof shingles off. Alien fuel fixed the roofing free of charge prior to install of the solar panels. Alien fuels was VERY neat, extremely courteous and simply put a DELIGHT to work with. I would have appreciated a more agressive approach from GroSolar and Solar City towards getting NJ State Rebate stuff done and assisting with Net Meter installation, but I`m not sure I`m being unfair to them in saying this --- the delays in both of these processes may have been government bureaucracy and PSE &G inefficiency. Overall a delightful process.
