I have had a couple of problems due to manufacturer defects. The last one has been over 3.5 years after installation and they sent someone out without any hassle to fix the issue under my warranty. I have a few friends who made the mistake of buying from " fly by night" companies and service after the sale was horrible. These guys are in it for the long haul and I'm glad I chose them.

Good experience from beginning to end
I have had a good experience from beginning to end. The sales person that I spoke with explained how everything works and explained what options were available. The team that came out to install the solar panels were professional and friendly. They cleaned up the work site each day and made sure that everything was working. 3 Guys Solar took care of all of the paper work and applications with Duke Energy to get my solar panels connected to the grid. They monitor the equipment and have called me to schedule times for someone to show up any time things were not quite right. Once the panels were connected to the grid the system was generating plenty of electricity and working exactly as expected. The panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment all seem to be high quality. I would definitely recommend 3 Guys Solar.

Poor workmanship
I have 3 guys solar take off my panels so I could get a new roof. They took off the panels in a timely manner. Installing the panels was less than desirable. 1. Panels were not being placed as they were originally. 2. Panels were not installed flat so there were mismatches from one panel to the next. 3. One panel was shattered but still installed and I had to find it. 4. Water bottles were left on the roof under the panels. 5. They didn't have the proper tools for Tesla Panels. 6. Didn't clean the panels before reinstallation. 7. No call back after requesting a warranty.

3 GUYS Solar=their words are as good as GOLD
It is difficult to get an A+ rating from me for ANY business. Having said that I rate 3 GUYS SOLAR an A+ or higher! I explored solar companies for 6+ months. I even went under contract with probably the most recognizable solar company, one that everyone is familiar with, at 9am on February 22, 2021. On this same date I fired this solar company at 2:00pm. Their customer service was non existent. So my search continued. I investigated 4 or 5 other solar companies (including 3 GUYS SOLAR). It was apparent right from the beginning 3 GUYS SOLAR stood out from all others. As I became more and more knowledgeable about solar energy and the equipment needed, I began emailing back and forth with Mike Norvell at 3 GUYS Solar. Because of his vast experience and honesty (even though his honesty cost him lost sales by me not making an unwise purchase). Everything we discussed, Everything he said would happened, happened and every other person (including the VIP's/owners communicated the install process as well as all other aspects of the process. Their words, as were Mike Norvell's, were acted upon, precisely as promised. Whenever there were questions or any sort of misunderstanding (usually my error, if I'm being honest) everyone was polite and willing to make any adjustment and spend whatever time necessary to ensure my satisfaction. Honest and Professional, start to finish. All installers were respectful of homeowners property and willing to take the time to walk me through any concern I had. I would hire 3 GUYS SOLAR with no hesitation again. It was refreshing to deal with 3 GUYS SOLAR!

Professional and friendly service.
Professional company that works hard to please. They held up their end of the deal. After checking our electric meter we’re super happy. We will be savings thousands of dollars a year thanks to 3 GUYS SOLAR, LLC. Good job guys!

Extremely professional and excellent service
Very competitive price, but what sold me was the professionalism and the fast communication. I didn’t feel pushed to buy, they explained what the benefits were and left me alone to make my own decision. I will definitely recommend them to others!

Great job with good communication
After a giant fiasco with another solar panel company, we contacted 3 Guys Solar. They finished our project using the little materials already installed. We appreciated that. Once our installation date was assigned, the project was completed quickly and efficiently. 3 Guys Solar did a great job. The only issues experienced was some lack of timely communication. I would recommend them to others.

Good price...poor service
I used a solar coop and 3 guys was the contractor of choice. They did a fantastic job selling, but after that the service significantly suffered. Getting a return phone call or email took multiple attempts and eventually complaints. Scheduling was unprofessional and had no shows. The product has been good. But, the installers were clearly not fully up to the task. One was watching instructional videos of how to wire the inverters while doing the installation. Trash was left all over the yard. After complaining they had to relocate poorly installed inverters (literally over my windows) and panels digging into the roof. The supervisor recognized the issues immediately and didn't argue but it was plenty of additional holes in my roof and stucco from a poorly done job to begin with. All and all it has been a frustrating experience. I saved money on install but the system has had issues and I would have paid more just to have it done professionally. For the price of a car I expected better.

Top notch company and experience
The entire process was stream line and efficient. This is my second time having solar installed and was more pleased with this company than the last. Explained each step of the process and kept me informed on the steps. Install team was amazing at keeping the works site clean and organized. Can't say enough about the people and you'll be very pleased if you trust them with your solar project!

solar work for my business
I am proud owner of a 100KW solar system , installed by 3 guys solar 6 months ago . 3 guys solar did all the work for me , I had to do nothing . they filed all applications , permits, the works . I am now making $ 2000 electricity per month !Thank you guys !
