I previously reviewed SolarMax on 8/22 detailing our frustrating experience. Soon thereafter, SolarMax's customer service manager, Garrett Kramer, contacted us with an offer to compensate us for our poor experience. Garrett, as the representative of SolarMax, worked with my husband and I to come up with a fair compensation for our lost savings and time. Given this sincere effort on the company's part to make sure our end experience was a positive one, I would recommend SolarMax to future solar customers.
