Original panel (160w, black trimmed) failure rate was high... 6 (of 39) had hard failures in their 4th year of operation. Took over a year to get them to man up and replace entire system (otherwise, costs (scaffolding, labor, etc) to replace them as they continued to fail would be prohibitive). Now have all new panels (170w, black trim) and working fine after 2 years.
