We were contacted less than 4 days after we emailed Real Goods for information with follow up brochure with prices. Shortly (5-7days later)a telephone call from a representative. He was VERY helpful and knowledgable. We had wanted another type of panel and he explained why the type we purchased is better.<br />We feel this is the most positive act we have done for ourselves as well as our precious world. We will eventually add 5 more panels to our home and change out our water heater to on demand and buy an electric stove. We have already added an attic fan which is on a seperate single solar panel and on a automatic temperature control unit. Our home has become more self sustainable as we speak. Everyone should try it, in the long run it pays off for all.
