Really appreciated Debbie from Real Goods making sure the installer lined the panels up so they were straight on the roof - took extra time but well worth it for us and others looking at the system. She also did a great job with all the paperwork and explanations. <br />We were very pleased with Real Goods - they made the whole process painless and `held our hands` through every step of it. We had considered doing solar a number of times but dealing with all the permits and gov. paperwork stopped us each time until we heard an ad. on tv. that Real Goods would do it all - then we signed up and they did exactly as promised. Their installation was professional and it`s something we`re proud of and happy to show off to anyone. We`d highly recommend them. We had purchased items from the Real Goods store in Hopland and had been happy with the items and so when we heard their ad. on tv. for the solar we didn`t hesitate to have them do the job even though their store is an hour from where we live.
