We purchased a system that was supposed to fully support our home off the grid nearly $60,000 dollars and the system will not support the AC unit which was purchased with the home, and the system was supossed to be built for our home. Ken has now sent additional cost for $10,000 and will not fix the system. Our home has been sitting there for over a year the intial install dates were last thanksgiving but wasn't installed until May. Now it's just sitting there.
