My first install went very well. The salesman came to the house to teach me all about SRECs and how it all works. The install was smooth and professional and it all worked as advertised. Several months later I contacted them to do a small add on solar system, to which they slow rolled me and kept not answering emails which delayed my eventual install several months. The monitoring tool for the second system was not integrated into the first, so I had to ask them to do that. The technician scheduled, confirmed and then didn't show up or call until 3 days later. I had taken off work to meet him so this was damned inconvenient and I never rescheduled it. Further I had to prompt them to send me a receipt for my taxes. The difference between my first install and my second was like working with a different company even though it was the same sale rep I worked with.
