My wife and I were both very satisfied with the entire process, from our initial contact with the salesman to the conclusion of the installation.<br />The company personnel were all responsive to our questions during and after the installation was complete. The Vice President has promised to be there for us for the long run and we are going to hold him to his promise.<br />Currently we are entering the greatest time of the year for solar energy users, when you stop paying those electric bills since you have a negative balance with BGE and you are automatically getting paid for SRECs that you have sold.
