For me, customer service is everything, especially going into a project I initially didn't know too much about. I worked with the President of the company majority of the time - work with him specifically because he is very thorough, pleasant to speak with, takes his time with each and every concern. His level of professionalism amazed me, as I received quotes from other companies, who i wasn't too pleased with. Price is definitely more competitive, customer service is excellent. Overall, i felt at ease talking to the Nick, who was so genuine and eased my discomfort about many concerns I had.
